Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Wytheville to ensure safe, quality food and a great guest experience. You will supervise a fast-paced service line, train crew, and help manage daily operations while supporting food safety and line upkeep.

Strong communication and a high school diploma are expected. You’ll lead front-of-house activities, monitor breaks, assist with shifts, and be involved in office tasks such as banking and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record-keeping.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration, banking, cash handling policies and paperwork.
