• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; train and guide crew.
• Monitor time and temperature, shelf lives, and follow food safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office duties and ensure supplies and equipment are maintained.
