The Service Leader will supervise breaks and shifts, mentor crew, and participate in staff development. Strong knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork is required, with a high school diploma and restaurant

Qualificações

• Cash handling procedures and policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and customer experience is positive.
• Monitor time and temperature and daily food safety checks.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train Front of House crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders and mentor team members.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
