Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safety and quality food while training the restaurant crew. The role includes maintaining a clean, efficient line and supporting crew scheduling and performance reviews.

You will develop front-of-house staff, assist with administrative duties, and help drive a culture of high standards and continuous improvement at the restaurant level.

Qualifications

• Capable of understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork processes.
• Must speak, write, read, and understand the work location’s primary language.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and great service.
• Keep line clean, organized, and properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with breaks, shift changes, and crew schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Support crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
