Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food and by training a strong restaurant crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, equipment in good order, and stepping in to assist as needed during busy times.

You will contribute to food safety practices, staff coaching, and the continuous improvement of operations while supporting administrative duties and office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, shelf life checks.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Maintain office equipment and order supplies.
• Ensure adequate quantity of supplies is on hand.
