Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Gulf Breeze, FL is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a great customer experience. You will keep the line organized, train crew, monitor breaks and schedules, and assist with front-of-house development and office duties.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, cash handling knowledge, and familiarity with food safety regulations. Restaurant experience is preferred and there are many growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; support crew during shifts.
• Monitor crew breaks, schedule changes and line schedules; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; help develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and paperwork; ensure supplies are available.
