Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Crestview, FL is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a great customer experience. You will lead a restaurant crew, maintain a clean line, and uphold efficiency on the line with proper equipment operation.

You will also supervise breaks and shifts, assist with training and performance reviews, and help with office tasks and supply management. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and general administrative duties.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks and shifts, and assist with training and evaluations.
• Support daily office tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering as needed.
