The role involves hands-on supervision, scheduling, and collaborating with crew to resolve issues and improve service. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food safety policies and health department matters.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety measures including hand washing, glove changes, timing control, and checklist adherence.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
