Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Know cash handling policies and procedures
• Know Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiar with office paperwork
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location
• Have a high school diploma
• Have restaurant experience

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on the line
• Monitor time and temperature, hand washing, glove changes, and daily safety checks
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Cross-train front of house Crew and support performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Assist with office duties such as banking and paperwork
• Ensure supplies and equipment are properly managed
