Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience through safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will maintain a clean line, monitor schedules, and assist with office tasks to support smooth restaurant operations.

The role requires understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, cash handling knowledge, and strong customer service skills. Previous restaurant experience is preferred and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; train and support crew on service standards.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with administration tasks as needed.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; support performance reviews and leadership development.
