Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Familiar with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized; ensure line equipment works properly.
• Monitor time and temperature on the line and enforce food safety policies.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules to maintain flow.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
