Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean line, training staff, and assisting with office tasks while staying on their feet during shifts.

The candidate should understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, have cash handling knowledge, and familiarity with food safety and paperwork. Restaurant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Restaurant operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Understanding of Food Safety regulations and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety measures: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and office duties.
