Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Paramus to ensure a safe, high-quality dining experience and to train the restaurant crew. You will manage a clean, efficient line and supervise breaks and shifts, stepping in to assist as needed.

The role emphasizes developing front-of-house staff, maintaining food safety standards, and resolving customer issues while upholding company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand and communicate in the work location's primary language(s).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; assist crew when busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; participate in performance reviews.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with office administration tasks.
• Monitor food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, and time-temperature checks.
