Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You will supervise line operations, train crew, and keep the restaurant clean and well organized.

This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to manage busy service periods with a focus on food safety and guest satisfaction. You will help resolve customer incidents, monitor crew breaks and line schedules, and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Know and apply cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understand Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• On feet while clocked in; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with administrative duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
