Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while training the restaurant crew to provide excellent service.

The role requires keeping the line clean and well-equipped, evaluating tasks when busy, and assisting with various crew development and administrative duties to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking responsibilities.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in good order.
