Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Bloomfield, NJ is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will train and oversee the restaurant crew, keep the line organized and equipment functioning, and step in when busy to support operations.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, monitoring breaks and shifts, and developing future Service Leaders while handling basic office tasks and supplies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience handling cash and POS transactions.
• Comfort with office paperwork and administrative duties.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and ensure food safety.
• Monitor line and shift schedules; manage breaks and meetings.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support miscellaneous office administration tasks and banking policies.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; ensure adequate stock.
