Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The restaurant crew must be well trained and provide excellent service.

The role involves keeping a clean line, monitoring equipment and schedules, training crew, and supporting office duties as needed. Great candidates will have a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the work location language(s).
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, gloves, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office admin tasks, banking, and cash handling policies.
• Maintain office equipment and stock supplies.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available.
