Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line and with procedures.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office admin duties including banking and cash handling policies.
