Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Canton, MA is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You will keep a clean, organized line and supervise the restaurant crew with training and service standards.

The role requires on-your-feet work, and when not busy you’ll assist with other tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Prior restaurant exposure is preferred and high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, shelf-life monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking and cash handling policies.
