The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, strong knowledge of food safety and cash handling policies, and a commitment to Chipotle’s Food With Integrity. You’ll develop talent and contribute to daily restaurant success.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing and glove changes, monitor line time and temperature, and follow the Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available as needed.
