Chipotle Mexican Grill in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean line, supervise breaks and schedules, develop front-of-house staff, and support office tasks while helping to grow future leaders.

Candidates should understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, have knowledge of cash handling and food safety, and be able to communicate in the work location’s

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and strive for positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
