Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized and well‑stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are met and MSDS/FIFO processes are followed.
