Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Moosic, PA is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will maintain a clean, organized line and support food safety across the line.

You will monitor breaks, shifts, and schedules, develop front-of-house staff, and contribute to office tasks while helping shape future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
