Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Malvern, PA is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. You will train and oversee crew to deliver friendly, efficient service on the line.

You’ll handle safety procedures, schedule crew, and assist with office tasks while developing future leaders and contributing to a well-organized operation that aligns with Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle policies and procedures.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning; train crew on operations.
• Monitor time/temperature, hand washing, glove changes, and food safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders; assist with office administration tasks.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and ordered as needed.
