Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and admin tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized and equipped for service.
• Train and cross-train the front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support with crew scheduling, breaks and shift changes.
• Assist with office admin tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
