Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained and responsive.

You will keep the line clean and organized, monitor time and temperature, support food safety, resolve customer incidents, schedule line crews, and help develop front-of-house staff into future leaders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to understand, speak, read and write the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, schedule line changes, and line meetings.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks ( banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork ).
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and ordered as necessary.
