Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a high standard of customer service and food quality in our King of Prussia restaurant. You will train crew, supervise the service line, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Role requires standing for long periods, knowledge of cash handling, and alignment with our Food With Integrity philosophy. Restaurant experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience in a fast food or restaurant setting preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and be on your feet during shifts.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and properly equipped; oversee line operations.
• Train and cross-train front-of-house Crew; support crew performance reviews.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, meetings, and shift changes.
• Help with administrative duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
