Chipotle Mexican Grill in Somers Point, NJ is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and an excellent customer experience. You will keep a clean, efficient line, supervise crew, and train staff to deliver consistent results.

You will drive food safety compliance, resolve incidents, and help with scheduling and administrative tasks while supporting a positive work environment and future leaders within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with functional equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are available as needed.
