Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with administrative duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
