Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader in Smyrna, GA to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides great service. You’ll keep the line clean and organized, monitor food safety practices, help with crew scheduling, and develop front‑of‑house staff for leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; able to read/write English.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, high‑quality food.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Monitor time and temperature on the line and shelf lives.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and line shifts.
• Develop and cross‑train front‑of‑house Crew and assist with reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support leadership growth.
• Assist with office duties, banking, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are available as needed.
