Chipotle Mexican Grill in Marietta, GA is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and mentor the restaurant crew, stepping in when needed to support operations.

You’ll monitor breaks, lead shifts, and assist with office tasks and cash handling. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety policies.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration (banking, cash handling policies).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
