Chipotle Mexican Grill in Georgia is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by safe, quality food preparation and trained restaurant crew. You will maintain a clean, organized line and supervise tasks, shifts, and line schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

You will bring knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Help to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary.
• Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
