Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tucker, GA is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to keep a clean, organized line.

You will monitor line equipment, supervise breaks and shifts, and help with cross-training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support office duties as needed.
• Monitor cash handling and banking policies.
• Order and manage supplies to ensure proper stock.
