Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist others when not busy.
• Support crew scheduling and shifts, and assist with performance reviews.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew and assist with office administration duties.
