Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role requires training and guiding a restaurant crew to deliver excellent service, while keeping the line clean and equipment functioning properly.

You will help monitor breaks, shifts, and meetings, and assist with crew development and cross-training. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training for front-of-house staff.
• Support daily office tasks such as banking and paperwork.
