Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she keeps a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment and supports administration duties as needed.

The role requires being on your feet during shifts, supervising crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules, and contributing to crew

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
