Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained. He/she keeps a clean line with properly functioning equipment and may assist with office duties when busy.

The role emphasizes crew development, shift coordination, and ongoing training to uphold Chipotle standards. Tuition assistance, free meals, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and shelf-life monitoring.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train Front of House Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration such as banking and cash handling policies.
