Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew. You’ll keep a clean line, monitor equipment, and guide staff to deliver great service.

Responsibilities include upholding Chipotle policies, resolving food quality issues, supporting food safety, and assisting with crew scheduling and training. This role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and records.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks.
• Monitor line operations, breaks, and shift changes.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew members and assist with reviews.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration, banking and paperwork.
