Qualifications

• Experience in fast-casual restaurant operations.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety requirements and health department matters.
• Comfort with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized and properly functioning.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with crew performance reviews.
