Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high‑quality food and a well‑trained crew. You will keep a clean line, supervise breaks and shifts, and support development of future Service Leaders.

You will also assist with office administration, ensure equipment reliability, and help maintain inventory and supplies to keep the restaurant operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading, and understanding the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
