Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a top-notch guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will manage a clean, efficient line, oversee shift changes, and support daily operations on the floor and in the back of house.

You will emphasize food safety, glove changes, time and temperature checks, and proper documentation. Prior leadership development will be encouraged as you help groom future Service Leaders for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Train and supervise crew; assist with shift changes and schedules.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking and paperwork as needed.
