Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Laurel, MD is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service.

You will keep a clean, organized line, monitor line equipment, and step in to assist when not busy. This role requires standing on your feet for long periods and active coaching of front-of-house staff.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor time and temperature on the line and enforce safety policies.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and scheduling.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are stocked.
