Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Stevensville, MD is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience and ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You’ll lead a restaurant crew, train teammates, and help keep the line clean and efficient.

You’ll monitor food safety, handle incidents, schedule crew shifts, and contribute to staff development, while delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Restaurant experience
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety practices and glove changes
• Monitor line time/temperature and shelf lives
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and schedules
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development
• Perform office tasks such as banking and paperwork
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained
