Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and providing excellent service.

The role requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience, with knowledge of cash handling policies, food safety, and effective office paperwork management. This position emphasizes leadership development and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment is working and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies is available as needed.
