Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Gulf Breeze, FL is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service. You will maintain a clean, organized line and supervise front of house operations.

In this full-time role you’ll help manage crew scheduling, support daily food safety checks, and contribute to training and development of future leaders.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring and daily checklists.
• Help to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are ordered.
