Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in the United States to ensure a safe, high-quality dining experience and to train and support the restaurant crew. You will maintain a clean, organized line, monitor equipment, and assist with various administrative tasks to keep the operation running smoothly.

You will develop front-of-house staff, help with performance reviews, and contribute to a positive customer experience while upholding food safety standards and daily procedures.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature, shelf lives, daily safety checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties including banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in working order and adequately stocked.
