Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained crew. The role maintains a clean line, proper equipment, and proactive support when busy.

You will reinforce food safety practices, help resolve customer incidents, coordinate crew break and shift schedules, and assist with training and performance reviews. Prior restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices and time/temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
