Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food, while keeping the line clean and organized. You will train the restaurant crew and support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules, with opportunities to develop future Service Leaders.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and restaurant experience, plus knowledge of food safety and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Evaluate tasks when not busy and assist others.
• Assist with crew breaks, schedule changes, and meetings.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with performance reviews and future leaders.
