Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and staffed with well-trained crew.
• Monitor food safety procedures, including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support performance reviews.
• Handle office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration and ensure supplies are available as needed.
