Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a superior customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line organized and staffed. The role requires staying on your feet during shifts and helping with tasks when busy.

You will train and support crew, monitor line operations, and assist with office duties such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring, Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties: banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
